Cancellation and Refund Policy

More than 60 Days before the date of the arrival: 90% of the Deposit refunded. Up to 30 Days before the date of the arrival: 75% of the Deposit refunded. 7 Days or less before the date of arrival: No Refund. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE CONFIRMED WITHOUT PROOF OF PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT.

Deposit

Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of the Proof of Payment of the Deposit. The Deposit will be for 50% of the total Invoice amount. The outstanding balance must be settled either BEFORE or ON Arrival.

Room Accounts

Should a guest wish to open a room account or Tab for use of the Coffee Shop or Restaurant or other activities, the person responsible for the payment of the invoice must make the relevant arrangements with the Duty Manager before the account will be opened.

Extra Guests

Lodge Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Any other arrangement needs to be arranged with Management prior to Check-In. Please note that any extra guests to a room will be required to pay the balance of a double room.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check in times are between 2:00pm and 8:00pm.
Please note: Should you wish to Check-In AFTER 8:00pm, special arrangement needs to be made with Ilita at least 24 hours prior to your date of arrival.
Check-Out time is 11:00am.

Indemnity

Ilita Lodge, its owners and its employees shall not be held liable for any loss of, damage to or theft of property or any injury of any kind to guests due to the negligence or otherwise of the Ilita staff, its owners or any other parties. Ilita shall not be be held responsible for any interruption of services beyond our control such as electricity or water supply.

Damages

Any damages or breakages to the Ilita Property, the Lodge Rooms, the Self Catering Units or its contents will be for the relevant guest’s account.

Breakfast Times

Breakfast is served between 7:00am and 10:00am. Should you require alternative breakfast times, please arrange with our duty manager upon arrival.
Please advise staff of special dietary requirements or allergies upon checking-in.

Swimming Pool

Please note that both swimming pools at Ilita Lodge is open for use from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Please also take note that children under the age of 12 must be supervised by adults at all times, and that Ilita Lodge will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage or death for any reason whatsoever.

Laundry

Ilita Lodge offers guests a laundry service, please check with the Duty Manager for our price list. Alternatively, there is a Laundromat in the Great Brak Village.

Please note that the payment of a deposit constitutes an agreement to all the Terms and Conditions as set out on this website.
