60 Days before the date of the arrival: Less 10% of the Deposit
30 Days before the date of the arrival: Less 25% of the Deposit
7 Days before the date of arrival: Less 75% of the Deposit
Less than 7 Days before the date of the arrival: No Refund

CHECK IN TIMES:
Check in times are between: 14h00 and 18h00
Please inform Ilita Lodge should your arrival time exceed after 18h00.
Check out times are before: 11h00.
INDEMNITY:
Ilita Lodge or its employees shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of property or injury of guests due to negligence or any other cause whatsoever, nor shall we be held responsible for any interruption of services beyond our control such as electricity or water supply.
BREAKFAST & DINNER:
Breakfast is served between 07h00 and 10h00. Should you require earlier or later times special provision can be made but should be requested with your booking. Please advise staff of special dietary requirements. Dinner should be booked 24hrs in advance.
